05What are the steps to book a real estate unit?
Start by choosing the project and unit, then log in and submit a booking request. The team reviews the request and customer data, and after confirmation the contractual and financial requirements are completed per the project terms.
06Does paying the booking amount mean ownership is complete?
The booking amount confirms the customer's request under the specified terms, but it is not a final ownership contract. Ownership is completed after fulfilling the requirements, signing the contracts, and paying the due installments.
07Are there real estate financing options available?
Financing options vary depending on the project, unit, customer eligibility, and financing entities' policies. Contact us to help you learn about the available solutions and required documents.
08What documents are required for booking or financing?

09How do I track the stages and completion percentage of my project?
After logging in to the customer portal, you can access your unit's data and track the completion percentage and the latest published project updates.
10How is the project completion percentage calculated?
The percentage is updated according to the progress of execution works and the project's approved phases, and may include infrastructure, construction, finishing, and handover works.
11When will the unit be handed over?
The expected handover date appears within the project or contract data. Dates may change according to execution progress and regulatory procedures, and customers are notified of approved updates.

12Can I visit the project before making a decision?
Yes, choose "Book a Visit" from the Contact Us menu, specify the project, unit type, and suitable time, and our team will confirm the appointment with you.
13How do I register my interest in a project or unit?
Go to the interest registration page, enter your details and choose the project that interests you, and a SATC consultant will contact you with the details.
14How do I contact SATC if I have an additional inquiry?
